Guarantee and Warranty
To assure the customers with proper performance of manufactured products, defines the required legal obligations for the terms guarantee and warranty for its products as follows.
Guarantee
Guarantee is fixing part or complete product ( repair or replace) in case the problem in functions is due to production and not due to misuse of the customer, In this case the product is replaced free of charge and it is valid 2 years from delivery of the goods.
Warranty
Warranty is fixing ( repair or replace) after guarantee period and for any reason, to customer’s charge up to 10 years after delivery of the goods.
