Mirab Provides Cooling Valves for Rudshur F-Class Plant

Production and Supply of Cooling System Valves (ACC & ACS) for the Rudshur F-Class Combined Cycle Power Plant

On Saturday, July 27, 2025, the steam unit of the Rudshur F-Class Combined Cycle Power Plant was successfully synchronized with the national grid, with a nominal capacity of 345 MW. This milestone marks an increase in the plant’s efficiency to nearly 57%, bringing its total capacity to approximately 1,134 MW.

Equipped with advanced F-Class turbines, Rudshur Power Plant is recognized as one of the most modern power generation projects in Iran. The synchronization of this unit is a significant step forward in the country’s technological progress in power generation and a major stride toward ensuring sustainable energy supply. As the first fully implemented F-Class power plant in Iran, Rudshur represents trust in domestic capabilities and the transition toward a new generation of high-efficiency power plants. With its advanced technology and exceptional efficiency, this unit plays a crucial role in enhancing grid stability and meeting the nation’s growing electricity demand.

With over three decades of proven expertise in manufacturing power plant valves and utilizing the latest global technologies, Mirab Company was entrusted with the production and supply of valves for the main cooling system (ACC) and auxiliary cooling system (ACS) of this landmark project. The supplied equipment includes:

• 4 Motorized ACC Steam Sectionalizing Valves, DN3000 for the main cooling system

• Nearly 300 manual and motorized valves, including butterfly valves, ball valves with Soft Seat and Metal Seat sealing mechanisms, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, air valves, and safety valves in various sizes, serving Demin Water, Motive Steam (superheated steam), and Full Vacuum air services in both main and auxiliary cooling systems
