Pressure Relief or Sustaining Valve (CAF)

Automatic control valves are designed to regulate and control fluid flow and pressure. The body style is either a horizontal or diagonal shape, with the internal configuration suitable for fluid flow. The valve is controlled automatically by a pilot valve and water flow. Automatic control valves do not require an external power source, meaning that the fluid pressure is enough for opening and closing the valve.

Size (mm): 50-1000

Pressure rating: 6-40 (bar)
Body Material: All Types of Ductile Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper Alloys
Disc Material: All Types of Ductile Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper Alloys

Paint Coating :
Electrostatic epoxy powder (RAL 5005 or 5015) with min. thickness 250 micron.

Application :
Usable for drinking water and raw water with temperatures up to 70°C.
This type of Automatic control valve (type 116) is able to adjust the inlet pressure, control the network pressure, and if necessary discharge the excessive pressure through the by-pass line.
There will be a variety of functions Depending on the valve installation location in the pipeline:
• Valve installation in the main pipeline: Keeping upstream pressure on the desired value. (Pressure sustaining valve)
• Valve installation in the by-pass line: discharging the excessive pressure (Pressure relief valve)
• Valve installation after pumps
