Pressure Reducing Valve (CAF)

Automatic control valves are designed to regulate and control fluid flow and pressure. The body style is either a horizontal or diagonal shape, with the internal configuration suitable for fluid flow. The valve is controlled automatically by a pilot valve and water flow. Automatic control valves do not require an external power source, meaning that the fluid pressure is enough for opening and closing the valve.

Size (mm): 50-1000

Pressure rating: 6-40 (bar)
Body Material: All Types of Ductile Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper Alloys
Disc Material: All Types of Ductile Cast Iron, Cast Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper Alloys

Paint Coating :
Electrostatic epoxy powder (RAL 5005 or 5015) with min. thickness 250 micron.

Application :
Usable for drinking water and raw water with temperatures up to 70°C.

Pressure-reducing pilot works as per downstream pressure changes and then the valve opening percentage will be regulated to keep the outlet pressure on set pressure.

The Automatic control valve type 115 maintains the reduced downstream pressure at a constant value irrespective of the changes in upstream pressure and flow rate.
